List of ingriedients to avoid for oily skin type

LIST OF COMEDOGENIC INGRIEDIENTS THAT CAN CLOG PORES.

"oil-free"claim  may mislead consumers into buying products that can actually clog pores. There is a list of ingredients that don't sound like oils but that can absolutely aggravate breakouts.
On the other hand, not all oils clog pores (e.g mineral oil).
Standard moisturizing ingredients that are great for dry skin can cause problems for someone with oily skin prone to breakouts.
Oil Free products may contain synthetic oil and it does not necessarily means that it won't clog your pores.
The thicker the product (like heavy lotions or creams), the more likely it is to cause breakouts. That means you can feel safer with a gel or serum (meaning these have a low or watery viscosity).

Comedogenicity refers to the chance that an ingredient or combination of ingredients will cause your pores to clog.
This results in blackheads (comedones)or whiteheads,(milia).
As with all ingredient lists, they are listed in order of concentration, the first listed ingredient is highest percentage-wise with the last listed ingredient having the least amount percentage-wise .

So if a product have potentially comedogenic ingredient toward the end, it is less likely to be the actual cause of your skin problems.

Comedogenicity is rated on a scale between 0-5. The lower the number, the less likely that the ingredient used by itself will clog your pore.

If you have oily ,blackhead or acne prone skin avoid the ingriedient listed below
